Color blocking is (was) the rage for Spring 2011. Up and down the runway, in and out of magazines, here and there in boutiques etc, which made it really exciting. The vibrant bursts of color are so cheery and it’s one of my most fave trends ever. Coz you can’t go wrong, really. Just pick anything solid-colored in your wardrobe, keep it to a maximum of three colors if you can, throw it together and you’re on. :pThe bigger and brighter the ‘blocks’ of colors are, the better. Be bold and clash away.
If you’re feeling timid, color blocking can well be effectively applied on manicure or shoes too.
I LOVE COLOR BLOCKING!!! I gotta raid my wardrobe and start marrying some colors together. :) :) :)
