The Blood Analysis Test
This was a wee bit scary for me, because I couldn’t remember when was the last time I had my blood drawn. I think my last physical was in 2008 maybe…?!? Oopsie. Anyway, this was a much more simplified test and Cindy pricked my pinkie (the sensation was like an ant bite, I’ll say), took like a drop ook like a drop of blood and we looked at my blood sample together via a monitor hooked up to a microscope. (The sight of a microscope brought me back to my high school science class, kekeke.)
Cindy, Adonis consultant who did my Blood Analysis test.
According to her, my blood looks really healthy and good. Yippee-yay!
Good blood cell sample, courtesy of yours truly. Basically what we want to see is singular, free-moving blood cells (those round things) and NOT chains or lumps or clumps of them together in a tight group. Like the one shown below of someone else’s blood cell samp,e; see the difference for yourself.
This is what we DO NOT want to see. People who are very ill, or have really weak antibodies will end up with a blood cell sample that looks like this. :(
Back to mine. Uhm, turned out I need watch out for those white crystals formations. Therefore, Cindy suggested that I need to ramp up on my calcium intake because I’m reaching the age when my body doesn’t absorb calcium as efficiently, therefore I need to take supplements to avoid suffering from joint aches and god forbid, bone loss. *KNOCK ON WOOD VIGOROUSLY*
There were also some slippery-looking globules which Cindy said were bad. She asked me to lay off the deep-fried, oily, greasy food because these have a very high chance to develop into cholestrol. Aww man, you know how I love my deep fried food…. :p
CONCLUSION: PRETTY GOOD. Continue hydrating self by drinking lots of water. Beef up on the calcium intake. Uhm, cut down on the greasy food.
*TIP* Cindy recommended drinking water at room-temperature, instead of cold beverages. Lukewarm okay too. She suggested sipping slowly, instead of taking big gulps. I will definitely try that.
Last but not least, I sat for a Skin Analysis Test. Read all about it at Chapter 4.
