Eva Franco is a LA-based fashion designer, who happens to be a fellow Fashion Institute of Technology (New York) alumni. *woot* I love the designs in her collections. Ultra feminine, fun and flirty styles with gorgeous prints and a retro flair. Really adorable details (drapes, pleats, darts, etc) too. Super cute and girlish!
