HomeGoods Happy – that’s the feeling of finding something spectacular at a price that’s equally so. I can’t believe I have never been to HomeGoods before! I have been living under a rock (or you can say, Singapore)! My evil bestie brought me to the HomeGoods one weekday afternoon and she let me loose in this playground. “Oh my gawd,” was the first thing I exclaimed loudly upon stepping inside the store, followed by involuntary drooling at aisles upon aisles of incredible and very nicely curated home goods sporting jaw-droppingly low prices. HomeGoods is where savvy shoppers of every style discover distinctive home fashions at up to 60% off department and specialty store prices every day. That day was my discovery-of-kickass-bargains day. Seriously, my bestie is one very evil gal.
Be warned, lots of photos ahead. The entire time I was thinking how the heck I was going to cart these stuff across the ocean… Every corner I turned, I was floored by the pretty selections and more critically, THE LOW PRICES. There was no way I could leave the store empty-handed.
US$4.99!? Whaaaatttttt.
US$5.99!?! WHATTTTTTTTTT!
Oh gawd, excuse me while I choke on my own drool.
Set of three chopping boards, only US$9.99. THREE IN A SET!
US$7.99 …. *biting fingers*
This good-looking three-piece set was only US$12.99. -___-”
Huge paddle-shaped wooden board, only US$10.00. I was entertaining thoughts of wine-and-cheese night served on this beauty.
My oh my, these would look so absolutely fab in my balcony!
Uh yeah, in the end I bought several things… namely plates (as if I don’t already have enough!). I bought about twenty or so different plates and none was over US$4.99. When the cashier rang everything up, I was shocked that my total spending was modest! Very pleased with my purchases and thanked my evil bestie for driving me out to HomeGoods. ;P
You know what I need? Not a shipping container but an apartment in New York again! }:)
