SQUID AND CELERY STIR-FRY
Ingredients:
1 Squid, cleaned, scored and cut into small pieces
1 Red Bell Pepper, cubed
3 stalks Celery, sliced
1/2 cup Water Chestnuts, cubed
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
Some oil
Some cornstarch mixed in water
Method:
1. Stir fry garlic in oil, add bell pepper, celery, water chestnuts.
2. Add squid and the rest of ingredients.
3. Server over rice.
