Following up on my previous post on the new Tefal ActiFry Multi-Cooker, I used it again a few days ago to make sweet potato fries. It was ultra easy to use and with only one spoonful of oil, there was no messy cleanup afterwards. The resulting sweet potato fries came out crispy and delicious!
I had half a packet of this Spicy Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Seasoning inside my freezer, so I used the Tefal ActiFry to airfry these.
Just as I had written in my previous post, the procedure is the same: just place the fries inside the appliance, set the timer and walk away while it does its thang.
I guesstimated the timer at 8 minutes.
The resulting fries were fragrant and perfectly cooked to a beautiful crisp while still moist in the inside. I then sprinkled cinnamon sugar to kick it up a notch.

Gorgeous, innit? :) I offered some to my toddler nephew who was visiting me at the time, and even though I specifically told him that we had to share, he loved it so much he finished it all and left only a few pieces for me. AIYAH! Haha, but it’s all good. I’d rather he eats sweet potato fries instead of regular french fries anyway. I notice my mom likes to indulge him on McD fries, something which I kinda frown upon so I take it upon myself to offer better alternatives. More on my role as an aunt next time in future posts.
