Located at the lobby level, 10 at Claymore is Pan Pacific Orchard’s signature restaurant – a modern bistro grill offering a sumptuous collection of contemporary European cuisine, accentuated by signature Pacific Touch. The restaurant serves Plates of Pleasure à la carte buffet, where in addition to a hearty spread of bistro fare and succulent seafood, diners also get unlimited servings of seasonal specialties and premium meat in petite portions.
This August and September, 10 at Claymore at Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel is offering up “Timeless Plates of Pleasure”, featuring dishes that have been prepared in ways that were the vogue in the 60s and 70s.

The usual buffet fare at 10 at Claymore includes seafood bar with sushi, sashimi, lobsters and scallop in shells. There’s also an oyster bar offering two different varieties: Canadian Taylors and French Fin de Claire.
While the dessert spread looks mighty colorful with puddings, cakes and fresh fruits…
… The highlight of my dinner was the cheese bar, where I got to sample some very interesting varieties such as the Lime and Chilli cheese that has an awesome spicy kick to it. I also enjoyed the Port Stout and Cranberry cheeses very much as they are sweet and fruity.
