TOM YUM FRIED RICE
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Thighs, cubed
1lb Shrimps, peeled and deveined
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Lemongrass, chopped
1 Tbsp Kaffir Lime Leaf, chopped
Seasoning:
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp Tom Yum Paste
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Lime Juice
Dash Pepper
Method:
1. Stirfry chicken and shrimps, set aside.
2. Stirfry beaten eggs, set aside.
3. Heat up oil and stirfry lemongrass until fragrant.
4. Add rice and seasonings. Mix well.
5. Add chicken, shrimps and kaffir lime leaf. Mix well.
6. Serve.
